To Jim & Dianna's "Ozark Paradise"  Home Page We are so happy to have found this beautiful place to retire and vacation that we want to share it with you and hopefully make you our neighbors!!!  Our retirement is still a few years away BUT WE ARE PLANNING AHEAD and SO SHOULD YOU while the Prices are Right and the Opportunity is  RIGHT  HERE!!!   Top We live and work in California now, but there is no way we can afford to retire here...The cost of living is just TOO expensive along with TOO much traffic and smog, and  TOO many rules & regulations!!!  We want to retire in a place with MODERATE TEMPERATURES (to make Jim happy), somewhere with LOTS OF TREES, MOUNTAINS, AND LAKES (to make Dianna happy), and LIFE SIMPLER (to make us Both happy).  Top And We found it in N.E. Arkansas!!!  Can you believe it? I mean, we have both traveled extensively throughout Canada and the United States over the years, always keeping our eyes open for "that perfect place to retire" and we have found places, during our travels, that were beautiful but too cold, or the weather was perfect but the area was "nothing to write home to Mom about", or the weather was wonderful and the location great but  PROPERTY WAS JUST  TOO DARNED EXPENSIVE!  We never guessed  we'd find our paradise in Arkansas!!!  TOP                NEXT PAGE
